.والأهم من التعليم السينمائي والفني، يهدف المهرجان إلى تأكيد البعد التعليمي للسينما من خلال وضعها بشكل خاص إلى جانب الأدب والرسم كمورد قادر على مرافقة مجموعة الدروس ودعمها؛ وسيتيح للأطفال مشاهدة الصور المتحركة ليس فقط كتسلية ولكن كأداة اتصال
